Rough start: Drop 13-4A opener on road to Community

The start to the District 13-4A baseball season didn’t work out in the Farmers’ favor.

Community came away with the 9-4 win at home over Spring Break.

The Braves struck first in the opening inning with two runs and added a pair in the second for the 4-0 lead.

Four runs followed that in the fourth.

Farmersville finally got on the board in the top of the fifth, cutting the Braves lead to 8-2.
