Fitting ending: Senior class wins final home contest

The Farmers closed out the District 13-4A slate.

They fell 5-0 on the road to Caddo Mills and bounced back with an 8-4 win over Quinlan Ford.

Honored before the final home game were seniors Christian Chambers, Braxton Hacker, Michael Bagwill, Bailey Abbott, Clay Hibbitts, Levi Dale, Micah Meeks, Leroy Bolden, Zander Jones and Logan Blackburn.

Caddo Mills scored four runs in the third and one more in the fifth on six hits in the week’s opening game.
