Land where Reliable Concrete will be built has been annexed into the city of Farmersville.

The 31-acre tract is located on Hwy. 380 and CR 699 and will hold a concrete batch plant.

Previously, the land was in the city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) and Reliable Concrete applied for voluntary annexation.

The annexation ordinance was unanimously approved on second reading by city council Tuesday, June 25.
