Priority of TIRZ projects questioned by council

Farmersville city council members were doing their due diligence, asking for clarification on several items during the Tuesday, March 28 regular meeting at City Hall.

Most of the discussion revolved around the TIRZ (tax increment reinvestment zone) Amended and Restated Final Project and Finance Plan.
