Trustees will choose Adams’ successor

Farmersville Independent School District trustees are getting ready to make the only personnel decision they are em­powered to make; hiring the superintendent of schools.

They are going to take on this task themselves, said Board of Trustees President Tony Gray, with the expectation of finding a successor to retiring Superintendent Jeff Adams well in advance of the upcoming academic year.
