FISD approves $21.3M budget

 The Farmersville Inde­pendent School District Board of Trustees approved a school district tax rate that reflects continuing growth within the district and gives residents a bit of a reduction on the amount of money they will pay to operate the public school system.

The board, FISD staff and guests met in the high school cafeteria Monday, Aug. 24 to allow room for social distancing.
