College campus opening moved to January

Collin College has moved up the planned opening of its Farmersville campus to January, according to City Manager Ben White, who informed city coun­cil on Aug. 25 that work on the Collin/Farmersville Parkway project next to the campus has been fast-tracked for comple­tion by the end of this year.
