The Farmersville Independent School District Board of Trustees, blazing through a meeting Monday night in 20 minutes, voted unanimously to submit a report to the Texas Education Agency outlining the district’s asynchronous learning plan, which is another way of describing remote learning created by the coronavirus pandemic.
