Building will soon start on a new luxury apartment complex in Farmersville.

Palladium Farmersville is anticipated to start work in the next week after final approval was given by city council Tuesday, Dec. 11.

The 80-unit apartment complex will be built next to Brookshire’s behind O’Reilly Auto Parts.

Palladium also has similar apartments in Denton and Aubrey, which city officials toured when researching the project.
