by | Jul 7, 2017 | Education

Derrell Foltz, Kaden Lindberg, Todd Foltz, Danny Bolch, Aaron Langford, Brayden Bolch, Lawson Odom, River guide Tyrell Henriod and Mason Harmon enjoy the rush of whitewater rafting in Colorado.

Nature coupled with endless bravery and stamina was on tap for Farmersville’s Boy Scout Troop 310, which traveled to Rocky Mountain High Adventure Camp for summertime expeditions.

Six boys and three adults traveled to the Rocky Mountain High Adventure Base at Poncha Springs, Colorado June 17-24.

The Rocky Mountain High Adventure Base has numerous activities that are designed for the older Boy Scouts including whitewater rafting, rock climbing and rappelling, mountain biking, Colorado trail hikes, Continental Divide hikes and 14,000 ft. peak hikes to Mount Shavano or Mount Antero.
