Fellowship, food, fundraising at Spring Luncheon

by | Mar 31, 2022 | Latest, Life & Style

The interior of the Farmersville High School cafetorium was transformed into a spring-like setting last weekend as supporters of the Farmersville Historical Society gathered in-person for the first time since 2020 for the annual Spring Luncheon.

Around 150 guests attended the Saturday, March 26 event to enjoy lunch and entertainment, visit with old friends, shop multiple tables filled with donated silent auction and white elephant items — all while supporting a great cause.

Master of Ceremonies, Heidi Foist, kicked off the event welcoming guests and selecting the first of many door prize winners. Foist, the owner of Nest Hearth and Home Store in downtown Farmersville, also served as the luncheon chairperson responsible for coordinating the décor, theme, program, volunteers and more for the event.
