It’s the final stretch of the school year for Farmersville students, and what would normally be a time filled with parties and ceremonies will instead be spent in vehicles or online.
But that doesn’t mean seniors won’t have ways to celebrate. Although they won’t graduate on the originally-planned date of May 19, that week will still be dedicated to honoring their accomplishments.
Farmersville High School Principal Wayne Callaway worked with district administrators to plan a senior parade. The event is scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, May 21.
