Farmersville ISD received a B rating in the Texas Education Agency’s 2026 A-F accountability ratings, earning 84 points out of 100 and maintaining the same overall rating as the previous year.
The ratings, released this week, are based on student performance during the 2025-26 school year. The TEA accountability system evaluates districts and campuses in three areas: Student Achievement, School Progress and Closing the Gaps. The ratings incorporate STAAR and end-of-course results, academic growth, graduation rates and college, career and military readiness indicators.
Farmersville ISD earned B ratings in both Student Achievement and School Progress. Student Achievement increased one point, while School Progress increased three points. The district’s Closing the Gaps score declined from 84 to 79, resulting in a C rating in that category.
