Fifth grade students got a taste of what Farmersville was like in the 1900s as the annual history event surrounding the Bain-Honaker House took place for the 20th year.

The program, which started in 1996, has been instrumental in creating an interest for many children, – an interest in learning the history of the community and those ancestors who long ago created it.

The idea originated with Eldridge Pendleton, a local Farmersville descendent.
