2018 was a book with many chapters in Farmersville’s history including growth and preparation for the future.

Long-awaited growth was the major focus for the city of Farmersville in 2018.

“We set a new home permit record for Farmersville with 91 new home permits being pulled,” White said.

Infrastructure and developments were a priority over the past year. The Camden Park subdivision and the Palladium Farmersville apartment development were approved. A $246,000 grant was received, allowing the city to make improvements to South Rike Street.
